We at ISEC are delighted to announce the signing of a Framework Contract with Telent Ltd to cover the supply of Radiation tolerant cameras for the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Plant; the first Nuclear power plant to be built in the UK for a generation.
This contract is the conclusion of an extensive technical collaboration with Telent Ltd and rigorous prequalification testing of the RADCAM product line of ISEC.
While ISEC has already supplied the Radiation tolerant cameras for the French EPR project in Flamanville (FA3), the joint preparation work undertaken by ISEC and Telent pushed the established reference of FA3 even further in terms of CCTV architecture optimisation and prequalification testing, thus ensuring one of the most modern and optimised large-scale CCTV system for the new generation of Nuclear Power Plants.
Being awarded the supply for HPC further establishes ISEC as the best option of choice when providing fit-for-purpose modern viewing solutions at new European nuclear facilities.
