Skills Bootcamps delivered by The University of Cumbria
The University of Cumbria has been contracted to deliver a range of Skills Bootcamps for Cumbrian organisations and employees.
The Skills Bootcamps are part of Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life and offer bespoke training solutions to bridge existing skills gaps within high demand sectors.
Funded through the Department of Education and forming part of the National Skills Fund, Skills Bootcamps place the employer at the centre of training and development and are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills.
The University is offering Bootcamps as follows
